What types of cleanings do you offer?

We offer one time deep cleanings (Premium Deep Clean), move-in/out cleanings, and we can service you on a recurring schedule (Weekly, Bi-weekly, or monthly).

Do I have to provide my own cleaning supplies?

No, Your Clean Break has all the supplies needed to make your home sparkle.

How long will it take to clean my home?

The first cleaning is quoted based on a normal home condition. If your home requires special attention we will either need to extend our time at an hourly rate or prioritize your cleaning. All of this will be outlined in your estimate.

Do I have to prepay?

No, we do keep your card on file so when your cleaning is complete we will charge the card on file.

What if I need to reschedule my cleaning?

If you need to reschedule, simply give us a call or email us and we can look at the next available time to clean. We ask that you give us a 48-hour notice before canceling or rescheduling.

What if I have a dog, can you still clean?

We are a pet-friendly company, but we would appreciate your help in making sure that your pets are secured and safe on cleaning days. Please let the office know of any special requirements required to keep your pets safe.
